Adagrasib is an inhibitor aimed at treating Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, particularly in cases where the KRAS G12C mutation is present. The therapy works by stopping a faulty protein called KRAS, which is key in cancer cells multiplying. Adagrasib comes in 200 mg tablet form.
You’re supposed to take 600 mg of the stuff twice a day, that’s three tablets in one go. You can take the pills with or without eating. The medication comes in bottles, each containing 180 tablets.
