Alectinib is an ALK inhibitor used to treat people who have metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and have an ALK rearrangement. It’s made to stop the ALK pathway. The drug comes in 150 mg capsules.
You should take alectinib at 600 mg, twice a day with meals for better absorption. One bottle has 240 capsules, enough for a month if you’re taking it as suggested. You need to take the capsules with food, either on an empty stomach or with a light meal.
