Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor used in the treatment of HR /HER2breast cancer that has alterations in PIK3CA, AKT1, and PTEN genes. It stops the AKT signaling pathway. You can get it in either 200 mg or 400 mg pills.
They usually suggest taking 400 mg twice a day. You’d take it for 4 days then have a break for 3 days. Each pack has 64 pills.
Keep the medicine somewhere between 68 to 77 degrees F (20 to 25 degrees C), and the humidity should be between 15% and 25%.
