So, Futibatinib is this thingy that targets FGFR2 fusions, and it’s mainly used to treat cholangiocarcinoma. It works by stopping FGFR signaling in its tracks. Each tablet is 4 mg strong.
You’re supposed to take 20 mg a day, which is five of these tablets. One bottle has 28 tablets and it gives you enough for four weeks. Patients just take one tablet every day.
