Pirtobrutinib is this thing called a non-covalent inhibitor, and it’s all about stopping this protein called BTK from doing its thing. BTK is key for B-cell cancer like mantle cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia to keep growing. It’s a single treatment for those cancers and you can get it as tablets.
They come in 50 mg and 100 mg doses. The recommended is 200 mg, taken once daily. The tablets are in bottles, and each bottle is got for 60 pills.
So, you’re supposed to pop two 100 mg tablets or four 50 mg ones daily to get your daily fix.
