Pirtobrutinib is this thing called a non-covalent inhibitor, and it’s all about stopping this protein called BTK from doing its thing. They come in 50 mg and 100 mg doses. The recommended is 200 mg, taken once daily. The tablets are in bottles, and each bottle is got for 60 pills.
