So, repotrectinib is this kinase inhibitor thingy that’s supposed to help with ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer and some cancers that have these NTRK fusion genes. Well, it comes in capsule form and has this whole dosing thing going on. an initial loading dose of 160 mg once daily for 14 days, followed by a maintenance dose of 160 mg twice daily.
Each capsule is 40 mg strong, and you get a bottle with 60 of them. It’s aiming to take out multiple kinases that are all about making tumors grow and spread.
