Adagrasib is a pill used to treat a type of lung cancer called NSCLC. It’s for people who have a certain change, called G12C, in their KRAS gene. This inhibitor comes in 200 mg pills, but each one gives you 600 mg when you take it.
You’re supposed to take 600 mg two times a day. It doesn’t matter if you eat before or after you take it. Each bottle has 180 pills.
That’s enough for a 45-day plan if you take two pills each day.
