Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s used for CML that doesn’t respond to other treatments. It goes after this ABL myristoyl pocket, specifically.
There are two strengths available: 20 mg and 40 mg, both in a film-coated tablet form. You can take it in two ways: 80 mg just once a day or 40 mg, but twice a day. Each bottle comes with 60 tablets.
