Belumosudil is a kind of inhibitor that focuses on ROCK2 – a protein that plays a role in causing inflammation and fibrosis. It’s meant for dealing with this thing called chronic graft-versus-host disease, or cGVHD for short. You get it in these 200 mg tablets – you’re supposed to take one a day with your meal.
Each bottle comes with 30 of these tablets. Belumosudil is supposed to help cut down on inflammation and fibrosis, which helps manage cGVHD.
