Dabrafenib is a type of inhibitor that zeroes in on the BRAF kinase in cancer cells. It’s especially effective against melanoma and NSCLC, where there’s a BRAF V600E/K mutation. The drug comes in two strengths: 50 mg and 75 mg capsules.
You should take 150 mg twice a day. And, make sure to take it on an empty stomach to get the most out of it. Each bottle has 120 capsules of the stuff.
