How much Lenalidomide 25mg per cycle?

Lenalidomide is a type of medicine that helps with certain blood cancers like multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes. It’s part of a group of drugs called immunomodulatory agents and it’s used all on its own sometimes. The capsules are available in strengths ranging from 2.5 mg up to 25 mg.

You’re supposed to take 25 mg every day, from the first day through the 21st day of a four-week cycle. Each bottle has 21 capsules in it. You take the pill for 21 days in a row, then you get a break for 7 days before starting the cycle again.
