So, Lorlatinib is this really cool third-gen drug that targets those ALK and ROS1 things in your body. It’s used for treating that really tough type of lung cancer that’s spread, after other ALK have failed. It does its thing by zeroing in on those ALK and ROS1 kinases to slow down tumor growth.
There are two doses of the stuff: a smaller one of 25 milligrams and a bigger one of 100 milligrams, all in these film-coated tablet forms. The usual go-to is the 100 mg pill, taken once a day, with or without eating. The pills come in bottles with 30 of them in each one.
