Palbociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor indicated for HR /HER2breast cancer. It’s mainly made to stop cells from moving through their cycle too fast. There are three doses – 75 mg, 100 mg, and 125 mg – but the one you usually take is 125 mg every day.
You follow a schedule where you take it for 21 days in a 28-day cycle. The capsules come in bottles of 21, and you take your dose once every cycle. You should talk to your healthcare provider to make sure you’re on track with your treatment and the schedule they give you.
