How much Selpercatinib do you need?

This is Selpercatinib, it’s really good at targeting RET, that’s the stuff. It’s mostly used for a type of lung cancer called RET-fusion-positive NSCLC, Also, it helps with medullary thyroid cancer and other types where RET is changed. These come as capsules, with options of 40mg or 80mg of the main good stuff.

You’re supposed to take 160mg of this stuff two times a day, no matter if you’ve eaten or not. For each dose, you’ll need one 80mg capsule and one 40mg one. It comes in bottles with 60 capsules each, which should last you about a month following the usual routine.
