Venetoclax is a BCL-2 inhibitor. It’s used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia and acute myeloid leukemia. It helps cancer cells commit suicide.
You take it as a pill. They come in 10, 50, or 100 mg doses. For CLL patients, you start low and build up to 400 mg a day.
And you need to take it with a meal. It comes in bottles with 120 tablets.
