Vibegron is this thing called a β3-adrenergic agonist. It’s used for treating overactive bladder, which is like when your bladder can’t hold its pee very well. So, what it does is it makes your bladder muscles chill out, sort of like taking the tightness out, and then you have better bladder control.
It comes as these tablets that are 75 mg each and are coated, like little pills. The usual dose is just one a day, whether you take it with food or not. This medication comes in bottles containing 30 tablets.
Make sure to take the tablet just as it is, not breaking it or chewing it up. You might get some side effects like a headache, feeling dizzy, or maybe an upset stomach, like nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or bloating. If someone has heart problems like a heart attack or a stroke, they shouldn’t use Vibegron, because it could raise their blood pressure.
And also, tell your doc if you’ve had high blood pressure, diabetes, eye problems like glaucoma, heart issues, or a really lively thyroid. They might need to change how much you take.
