It’s an FLT3 inhibitor, Gilteritinib, and it’s used to treat AML in folks who’ve tried other treatments and still got cancer. It works by stopping FLT3 from getting to work, which helps slow down the growth of cells. Gilteritinib comes as little 40-mg tablets.
Most docs say to take 120 mg of it every day, preferably on an empty stomach. It comes in bottles that usually have 90 of those pills.
