Ribociclib is a pill for a type of breast cancer that has certain receptor types and is negative for another. It’s mainly used when your hormones cause the cancer and your cells don’t have one particular growth thing. So, it works by putting the brakes on how your cells grow, which is called the cell cycle.
You get it as tablets, like a little oval pill, and it’s 200 mg strong. The doc usually tells you to take it every day, like a routine thing. It’s 600 mg, and you go through 21 days at it out of a whole 28-day chunk.
Each pack comes with 63 of these little guys to keep everything all neat and easy.
