Trametinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It stops MEK signaling.
You can get it in two doses — 0.5 mg and 2 mg — and it comes in film-coated tablets. You’re supposed to take 2 mg of it every day on an empty stomach, if you can. Each bottle has 30 tablets in it.
