Adagrasib is a kind of inhibitor for KRAS G12C that’s used for treating NSCLC. It targets mutations in the KRAS gene specifically at codon 12 in the G12C section of the protein. It sticks to and blocks the super-active version of the changed KRAS protein.
This protein is super important for cancer cells to grow and survive. Each Adagrasib pill has 200 mg of the good stuff. The doc usually says to take 600 mg of it, two times a day.
You can take these pills with or without eating. There are 180 tablets in each bottle, and you just swallow them.
