Mavacamten is a medication that’s designed to decrease how hard your heart muscle contracts, mainly used for treating a condition called obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. You’ve got different pill strengths – 2.5, 5, 10, and 15 mg of the main stuff.
You usually start with 5 mg once a day, and your doctor will change it up as they see fit. One bottle has 30 of those little capsules in it.
