Osimertinib targets the T790M mutation in the EGFR, which is pretty common in NSCLC. It zeros in on those EGFR mutations and comes in two doses: 40 mg and 80 mg, both in film-coated tablets.
You’re supposed to take 80 mg of osimertinib once a day, no big deal whether you eat or not. Each bottle has 30 pills, so that’s one month’s worth of the 80 mg dose.
