Ponatinib is an inhibitor for a certain type of leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia, often used for patients who didn’t respond to other treatments. It goes after a bunch of different kinases. You can get this med in two doses – 15 milligrams and 45 milligrams, both as film-coated tabs.
The doc usually says 45 milligrams a day, it doesn’t matter if you take it with or without something to eat. The pills come in bottles, each one holding 30 tabs.
