Futibatinib is a special FGFR inhibitor. It’s made just for treating cholangiocarcinoma, which is a kind of liver cancer. This cancer often has something called FGFR2 gene mutations.
The way it works is by stopping this FGFR from sending those signals that make cancer cells grow and spread. You can take it as a pill, and each pill has 4 mg of the main stuff. Doctors usually say adults should take 20 mg once a day.
You get 28 pills in each bottle, which lasts for two weeks of treatment.
