Oh, so Repotrectinib? It’s one of those TRK/ROS1/ALK inhibitors. It’s mainly for treating NSCLC that tests positive for ROS1 and other cancers that have these NTRK thingies. It acts by zeroing in on lots of little kinase things inside your cells.
It comes as 40 mg capsule things. First up, you’re taking 160 mg once a day for the first 2 weeks, just a head’s up. After that, the maintenance dose is twice a day, each with a 160 mg cap.
They give you the capsules in bottles, and each bottle has got 60 of the little thingies.
