Quizartinib’s a FLT3 inhibitor used for relapsed or tough-to-treat AML, especially when there’s this FLT3-ITD mutation thing going on. It blocks the FLT3 signaling and there are these two tablet strengths: 17.7 mg and 26.5 mg, all in film-coated form.
The usual dose is 53 mg, taken once a day after a little start-up period. These tablets come in bottles, each with 28 of them.
