Selumetinib? It’s a MEK inhibitor, ya know. They use it for folks with type 1 neurofibromatosis and those plexiform neurofibromas. Well, it does its thing by inhibiting that MEK signaling.
There are actually two dosages – 10 mg and 25 mg, and they come in little capsules. So, they suggest taking 25 mg per square meter twice a day. Best on an empty stomach.
And each bottle has about 60 capsules to get you through one month.
