The main stuff in Ponatinib goes after lots of cancer cell growth stuff, like BCR-ABL, FLT3, KIT, PDGFRα, and more. You can get Ponatinib in two doses: 15 mg and the stronger 45 mg. Doctors usually say to take 45 mg of Ponatinib once a day, no matter when you eat.
