Ceritinib is an ALK inhibitor. It’s used to treat ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. It’s made to attack the ALK signaling pathway specifically.
The drug comes in capsules, each containing 150 mg. They usually suggest adults take 450 mg of the med once a day, and it’s best with something to eat. Each bottle has 70 capsules in it.
You can take these caps with or without food, just make sure to have some water. Morning or night, it doesn’t matter much.
