It’s this kinase inhibitor called Ponatinib. It’s primarily used for CML and a type of ALL known as Ph ALL. This is for people whose leukemia didn’t go away with other treatments like TKIs.
It targets a lot of different kinases. You’ve got two strengths of Ponatinib: 15 milligrams and 45 milligrams, all in tablet form covered with a film coating. The usual advice is to take the 45 mg pill once a day.
You can take it with or without something to eat. These tablets come in bottles, each containing 30 pills.
