Neratinib is a HER2 inhibitor that’s all about treating breast cancer where HER2’s at play. It blocks those EGFR/HER2 signaling pathways. You take these 40 mg film-coated pills, and the doctor usually tells you to take 240 mg of it every day while eating.
The tablets come in bottles with 180 of ’em. This medication is for people with breast cancer that’s really tough, or those who’ve already tried a couple of other treatments that have trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and chemo, but their body didn’t like ’em.
