It’s a MEK inhibitor, you see, meant for melanoma, like, the type where they’ve got the BRAF V600E/K thing. They use it along with something called encorafenib. It works by blocking the MEK signal, like, just shutting it down.
This drug comes as 15 mg film-coated tabs. They usually suggest 45 mg, taken twice a day. Each bottle holds 84 tablets.
