Adagrasib is made to specifically target the KRAS G12C mutation found in people with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. The pill comes in 200 mg tablets. You take 600 mg of the med daily—two 300 mg tabs.
You can have them with or without eating. One pill is enough to hit the right dose and work effectively. One pack has 180 tablets, and that’ll typically get you about six weeks with the right dose.
The key part of the pill, the active ingredient, fights the cancer in many lung cancer patients caused by a mutated KRAS G12C protein.
