Selpercatinib is used to treat lung cancer, thyroid cancer, and tumors with RET alterations caused by fusions. It specifically stops RET kinases from working. You take it twice a day at a dose of 160mg.
It comes in 40mg or 80mg pills. You can take it with or without eating. The stuff comes in bottles with 60 capsules each.
